I am a disabled Sr lady and I bought Steen MGO 515.. UMF 15 from Amazon. And I pd alot. And I really can't afford it. But I bought it because I read the charts and it said that above strength MH is appropriate to treat or heal hard to treat lung infections. I have Mycobacterium axium complex bacterial lung infection and it's causing me persistent cough and high BP. And I've been treated with antibiotics but the infection comes bk. So I want to know if above strength is strong enough for the mycobacterium infection.
This is an absolutely delicious honey from New Zealand. It is rich and creamy with a distinctly floral taste. The product description says the honeycomb is blended in, so that may make a difference. It has a very different taste from the honey I buy locally.
One of the better tasting honeys I have tasted. I eat a lot of honey for my allergies and I also eat a lot of honey for additional health benefits. My first taste of this honey made me think I was eating a spoonful of butter. Very creamy and delicious.Beautiful amber color and very smooth.
This is a great quality honey from Steens - and I've tried several from this brand, all with great results. It is creamy and has a wonderful flavor to it that goes well by itself or on/in whatever you wish. I love that it's raw and unpasteurized, and it has a great, smooth texture. If you want your honey a cut above what you'd find in a big box store, this is it. It gets two thumbs up from this household!
We've been using Manuka honey for a few years and have accustomed ourselves to the taste of New Zealand honey, it is quite different than plain old USA honey. This, while not Manuka, has the same flavor and appearance. Creamy texture, not clear and not solid. It's different and we love it. Good in tea with some milk. Or just on a spoon.
