Unique Manuka Factor grading tests for markers of authenticity in Manuka including NPA and Leptosperin. Our raw manuka honey is independently tested and certified UMF 20+ manuka honey. Additionally, NZ Government Export standards grade this honey as Monofloral Manuka honey.

MONOFLORAL MANUKA HONEY:

Our unpasteurized monofloral honey is minimally processed to ensure it’s delivered to you is just as nature intended: raw and untouched.

COMB TO KITCHEN TRACEABILITY:

Follow the trace code on the label to see that each jar of manuka honey UMF 20+ is a genuine New Zealand product. Every jar is authentic and has been sourced by our beekeepers and packed in non-BPA jars at our facility in NZ.

RAW MANUKA BENEFITS:

Bee bread is a naturally occurring mix of bee pollen in our monofloral manuka honey. Our unique filtering keeps this nutritious product in our UMF 10+ manuka honey. Bee bread has high amounts of B-group vitamins, flavonoids, plant phenols, amino acids, and minerals like iron, cobalt, phosphorus, calcium, selenium and potassium. Because bee bread is at least 3 times more bioavailable than regular flower or bee pollen, your body can absorb these nutrients much more efficiently.

RAW HONEY USES:

Take a spoonful in the morning to kickstart your day, use for baking, blend into porridge, make a homemade face wash, and more!

Delicious and floral notes. Creamy, not crystalized. From New Zealand.

Raw and Unpasteurized honey from New Zealand that is not Manuka Honey. I was very curious to try it. I have tried Manuka honey but never a non Manuka honey from New Zealand. It is very tasty! It is 12 ounces of honey in a plastic jar. It comes sealed for freshness.Appearance: It is not crystalized at all. A creamy looking and golden color.Flavor: it is delicious. It tastes nothing like manuka honey. It is sweet. Not medicinal (like Manuka honey can get sometimes). It has floral notes to it- the wild flowers. It has its own distinct flavor. Different from the local wildflower honey from my area.Texture: It is wonderfully creamy. Not crystalized.I liked I could track where my honey was sourced at from their website. I traced mine to Taupo. It also tells you a little about the area and includes a few photos. It was fun to see where my honey came from!Price- to try honey from New Zealand for under $11. I thought this was a good deal. Great for gift baskets.

Creamy texture with different taste as regular honey

This raw honey comes in a small jar that contains about 12 ounce of product so for that price, it's a really good deal as raw honey is normally way more expensive. It has very creamy and thick texture compared to regular honey which is very runny and clear. It has different taste and not super sweet but I really like the taste. I'm not very expert about honey but I think the quality is pretty nice and it's worth a try.

Not as good as the more spendy brands

I took a chance on this over my standby Comvita brand this is darker and gritty compared to the name brand's. Was worth a try but will go back to Comvita for a few dollar's more.
