As soon as I had my first spoonful my stomach pain stopped. I am in love! I have leaky gut, no gallbladder, IBS, and because of all that I have vitamin deficiencies (esp b12) and hypothyroidism (linked to B deficiencies among other nutritional issues.) Since using this, my sinuses feel better, too, and my energy levels are better (vite level check coming up in a couple weeks) and I also like the taste :) It's a bit strong of a flavor, but with taking 2 tsp a day I'm enjoying it on dairy free yogurt or mixed in with smoothies. I'm sold for life.
