I've been having gut issues for a couple of years now and in recent months, increasing almost daily diarrhea. It had gotten to the point where I don't really go anywhere for fear of a gut issue. I came across an article about manuka honey and the potential for gut health improvement. At this point, I'm ready to try just about anything since nothing the doctors had done improved the situation. I saw the price, but when you're starting to get desperate, you pay. I started with a teaspoon full the day I got it and started doing the same twice a day. Since the day I started, I have not had a single gut incident. In actuality, my poops (sorry if you're offended, but gut health is important) are the best they've been in two years. I'm elated and hoping for continued improvements!
