I have never liked the taste of honey until I tried this honey. It's fabulous! So rich and, well I explain it as earthy but that doesn't mean it tastes like the ground, just full bodied and totally different to that normal awful taste I associate with honey. I got some on sale and now I'm hooked. I won't have anything else in my herbal teas. Thank you for introducing me to what Honey should be. Can't wait to try higher MGO grades.
