I use manuka honey daily, in my coffee. I am also an ultra runner and this has gotten me through some ling races including 100 milers....excellent source of calories with a good pick me up.

After discovering Steens honey I realized I had never had great honey in my life. Compared to this every other honey just tastes like sugar so if you have not tried Steens do yourself a favor and get a few jars and try it out for yourself. The flavor is deep and complex and I mix it daily into my morning matcha and thats what gets me up in the morning. I initially ordered couple of jars to just try it out and now I have already ordered 20+ jars and I get stressed out if I am running low. This stuff is magic!

Good thick honey so far, price was right for a trial, may order more in the future for ginger tea when the cold weather arrives.
