  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise ( plant based if you prefer )

  • 1 heaping tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 heaping tablespoon whole grain mustard

  • 3 cloves garlic, smashed to a paste

  • 1 teaspoon manuka honey

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • Paprika as per taste


First, whisk the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, lemon juice, and garlic. 

Next, sprinkle it with Kosher salt, pepper, and paprika as desired.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the aioli rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. This allows the flavors to meld together and develop a harmonious taste.
