Bee bread is a naturally occurring mix of bee pollen in our honey. Our unique filtering keeps this nutritious product in our UMF 10+ mānuka honey. Bee bread is high in amino acids, iron, cobalt, phosphorus, calcium, selenium and potassium. It has high amounts of B-group vitamins, flavonoids and plant phenols. Because bee bread is at least 3 times more bioavailable than regular flower or bee pollen, your body can absorb these nutrients much more efficiently.
PERFECT OCCASIONS:
To add as a sweetener for ginger and lemon tea, to take it with apple cider vinegar, to blend into porridge, to use in homemade face wash to exfoliate the skin.
