  • 2 cups coconut Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoon raw Manuka honey, melted
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/3 cup blue berries
  • 1/3 cup fresh raspberries
  • Sprinkling of Granola 
  • 1 1/2 cups of melting chocolate

Line your pan with a sheet of baking paper. Melt your chocolate and spread a thin even layer on your sheet. Pop in the fridge to set

Mix together yogurt, raw Manuka honey, vanilla essence and salt in a bowl. 

Spread evenly over set chocolate layer.

Drizzle some raw Manuka honey over the yogurt. Top with berries and granola. (You can customise to your preference here!)

Leave in the freezer for over 4 hours to allow your yogurt bark to become firm. Then take out and break or cut into pieces! 

Store in freezer for a healthy snack or breakfast treat.
