Magic Ingredient 1: Blue Spirulina
The secret to that mesmerizing blue hue lies in the star ingredient - blue spirulina. This natural superfood powder not only adds a striking color but also brings a wealth of health benefits to your dessert. Spirulina is loaded with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, making your indulgence a little less guilt-ridden.

Magic Ingredient 1: Steens Raw Manuka Honey
Manuka Honey is well known for its antibacterial properties, thanks to the nectar taken from the Manuka plant which is native to New Zealand. Steens Manuka Honey is 100% raw and unpasteurized, making it your best choice for a honey that is as whole as it can be, taken straight from the hive and bottled. The perfect sweetener in this raw recipe, as none of the active enzymes are destroyed thanks to this no heat treat!

The Cookie Monster Touch
Now, let's talk about the "Cookie Monster" part. The fun begins when you throw in chunks of your favorite cookies into the mix. Whether it's chocolate chip, Oreo, or snickerdoodle, the cookies add a delightful crunch and flavor contrast to the smooth and creamy ice cream. It's like an adventure for your taste buds!
