One Sweet Day with @healthyish_nat
In our series of journal entries, we follow six people through their daily routine. Foodies, beauty lovers, bakers, healthy living fans, there is inspiration for everyone! With insights into how Steens Manuka Honey fits into their daily routine, we get to see how it benefits them in a number of ways – some more surprising than others! I’m Natalie, an IT employee in a film entertainment studio. Photography is a passion of mine, so I am thankful to work in such a creative environment. I live in the suburbs of Philadelphia with my husband and our 15-month-old son. A healthy lifestyle is important to me, and I like to keep it simple with regular daily movement and a nutrient dense diet. I love creating and sharing recipes via my Instagram @healthyish_nat.
6:00am – Wake up with my 15-month-old and begin our morning routine. My husband and I enjoy a cup of coffee before he leaves for work, as our son plays with his toys.
7:00am – Time to get breakfast ready! Our usual is a warm bowl of oatmeal topped with bananas, almonds, and a generous drizzle of Steens.
9:00am – I work from home, so I put my son down for his nap, open my laptop, and start the workday.
12:00pm – After lunch, I like to prepare a nutrient packed smoothie sweetened with Steens Manuka Honey, which gives it just the perfect flavour and sweetness. I enjoy that throughout the day.
6:00pm – My husband will have arrived home. After dinner, we will go on a family walk, enjoying the natural scenery, and stopping by the stream, where our son enjoys looking for the fish.
